This website is operated by Card Rink TCG. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Card Rink TCG. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and Services.

All products sold by Card Rink TCG are final sale, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, values may fluctuate and condition expectations vary.

We do not guarantee:

• Investment performance or resale value
• Grading outcomes (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.)
• Mint or case-grade outer packaging
• Collector-specific condition expectations beyond stated product descriptions

Sealed products are sold as new and authentic at the time of shipment. Minor cosmetic imperfections caused by handling or transit are considered normal and do not constitute defects.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SECTION 6 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE & BILLING

We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, reseller activity, or pricing errors.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and authorize us to contact you regarding your order if needed.
