Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by Card Rink TCG are sold with collector awareness in mind. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Final Sale – No Returns

All items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error.

Final sale items include, but are not limited to:

• Sealed Pokémon and hockey products (booster boxes, ETBs, bundles, decks, packs)
• Individual trading cards (“singles”)
• Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.)
• Mystery or blind products
• Digital items or code cards
• Gift cards or store credit
• Sale or discounted items
• Items affected by market price fluctuations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless a verified issue occurred due to our error.

Sealed Product Condition & Collector Expectations

All sealed products are sold as new, authentic, and factory sealed at the time of shipment. However, sealed packaging is subject to normal handling and transit conditions.

Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during shipping, including small tears in shrink wrap, pinholes, corner wear, light scuffing, or surface compression. These cosmetic issues do not affect product authenticity or contents.

Cosmetic damage to sealed packaging is not grounds for refunds, returns, or chargebacks. We do not guarantee mint-condition outer packaging suitable for grading, display cases, or sealed investment purposes.

If you require pristine, case-grade condition, you must contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please email cardrinktcg@gmail.com and include clear photos of:

  1. The affected item(s)
  2. The shipping box
  3. All internal packaging

Claims submitted without proper documentation or outside the 7-day window may be denied.

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion, based on availability.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. After verifying shipment records and inventory, we will issue a replacement or refund for the missing item.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

Refund Eligibility & Processing

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

• An incorrect item was shipped
• An item arrived materially damaged during transit
• An item was missing from the order
• A verified counterfeit claim

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Authenticity & Counterfeit Claims

All products sold by Card Rink TCG are guaranteed authentic. If you believe an item is counterfeit, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery. If the claim is verified, a full refund will be issued.
