Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within Canada. All orders are packed carefully and securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

By placing an order with Card Rink TCG, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier.

Shipping Methods

All orders ship within Canada using the shipping methods available at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are based on destination and are displayed before payment.

We offer two shipping methods depending on the item type:

Standard Tracked Shipping
Used for sealed products, larger orders, and higher-value items. Tracking is provided once the order ships.

Untracked Lettermail (Eligible Singles Only)
Available only for lightweight card singles under 50 g.
Untracked Lettermail does not include tracking or insurance and carries increased risk of delay or loss.

Canadian Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and vary by destination, package size, weight, and eligible shipping method.

Rates reflect actual shipping and handling costs and help ensure consistent delivery across Canada.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times for Standard Tracked Shipping vary by destination. Current checkout estimates include:

Manitoba and Quebec	2-5 business days
Other Canadian provinces and territories	Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout based on your shipping address

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak periods, holidays, or remote-area routing.

Untracked Lettermail delivery times are not guaranteed and may take longer than tracked parcel delivery.

Sealed Product Condition Disclaimer

All sealed products sold by Card Rink TCG are new, authentic, and factory sealed at the time of shipment.

Due to the nature of shipping and handling, minor cosmetic imperfections may occur during transit, including but not limited to:

• Small tears or pinholes in plastic wrap
• Minor scuffing, corner wear, or shrink wrap looseness
• Light compression or surface marks on packaging

These cosmetic issues do not affect the contents or authenticity of the product and are considered normal transit risk.

Minor cosmetic damage to sealed packaging is not grounds for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We do not guarantee mint-condition outer packaging suitable for grading or long-term sealed investment purposes.

If you require pristine, case-grade condition, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Tracked Shipments
If a tracked package has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, contact us at cardrinktcg@gmail.com and we will assist with a carrier investigation or claim.

Untracked Lettermail
Untracked shipments are sent at the customer's risk. We cannot guarantee delivery timelines, replacements, or refunds for lost or delayed untracked mail.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request an address correction.
We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Packaging & Protection

All items are packaged appropriately:

• Singles ship in sleeves with top loaders or semi-rigids
• Sealed products ship boxed with padding
• Mixed orders are packed to prevent movement and damage

Preorders

Orders containing preorder items ship once all items are in stock.
Release dates are subject to change based on manufacturer or distributor timelines.
